- If anything is missing to price it properly, you get one short email asking for it.
- You get a written quote broken down by scope, with the assemblies and finish levels we have assumed.

What a written CCDF quote contains
A price broken down by scope rather than a lump sum: steel stud framing, insulation, drywall, taping, acoustic / T-bar ceilings and firestopping, each priced separately. It names the rated assemblies we have assumed, the drywall finish level, and the firestop systems we intend to use. If a detail in the drawings has no listed firestop system, it is named in the quote rather than discovered at inspection.

We are based at 18858 69A Avenue in Surrey, BC and work across British Columbia’s Lower Mainland, on commercial, retail, institutional, industrial and multi-family or mixed-use construction projects. If your site is outside that range, say so when you call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right crew for it.
